A supportive mattress is essential for safe sleep. Moses baskets are appropriate for newborns until approximately 6 months and up to a maximum of 9kg. When your infant can roll over or sit up, the moses basket is no longer recommended.
We recommend wiping the basket down with a damp cloth. As the basket can sometimes lose its shape in transit, it may need to be re-shaped upon arrival. This is easy to do, and we are happy to assist if needed.

To qualify for a return, please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

After we receive and review your return, we will let you know about the refund decision.
